Terms & Conditions

1. About the Service

TravelWithPriyanshu is an independent, individual travel guidance and companionship service operated by Priyanshu, based in Uttar Pradesh, India. This is not a registered travel agency. Services include custom itinerary planning and in-person travel companionship across India.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed via direct WhatsApp or email communication. A service is considered booked only after:

• Both parties have agreed on the scope of service, dates, and pricing
• Any agreed advance payment has been received

We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on this website are indicative and may vary based on your specific requirements, group size, and travel dates.

• Custom Travel Planning: ₹1,000 – ₹1,500 per plan (~$12–$18 USD)
• Travel Companion & Guide: ₹1,500 per day (~$18 USD)

For the Travel Companion service, the client is responsible for covering Priyanshu's food and accommodation expenses during the trip. Group pricing may vary — confirm via WhatsApp before booking.

Payment methods will be communicated and agreed upon directly via WhatsApp before any service begins.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancelled 7+ days before the service: Full refund of any advance paid
• Cancelled 3–6 days before the service: 50% refund of any advance paid
• Cancelled less than 3 days before: No refund on advance payment
• No-show on the day: No refund

If Priyanshu cancels the service due to personal emergency or unavoidable circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring you hold a valid passport and any required Indian visa before arrival
• Arranging your own travel insurance (strongly recommended)
• Paying for your own accommodation, flights, train/bus tickets, and entry fees
• Following local laws, customs, and regulations during your trip
• Informing us of any medical conditions or special requirements before the trip begins

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings during the trip
• Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by transport providers, hotels, or third parties
• Any injury, illness, or accident during the trip
• Political unrest, natural disasters, or other force majeure events
• Issues arising from your own failure to obtain proper travel documentation or insurance

We strongly recommend all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance before arriving in India.

7. Itinerary Changes

We will do our best to deliver the planned itinerary. However, we reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments due to weather, local conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances outside our control. We will always communicate any changes as early as possible.

8. Photography & Testimonials

During guided trips, Priyanshu may take photos of shared experiences. If you would prefer not to be photographed or featured on social media, please inform us before the trip begins. Any testimonials or reviews you share may be used on this website or our social media, unless you request otherwise.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India. We always prefer to resolve any concerns directly and amicably — please reach out to us first.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
